Technova is Unifiber's (by Asianet) digital transformation partner for its fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network, building the platforms that run it end to end — from field operations to market expansion.

The Homepass Management App is a web-based GIS platform that visualizes every network element — OLT, FDT, FAT, and homepass — on an interactive map. Beyond operations, it doubles as a marketing and M&A tool, mapping coverage and homepass density to analyze market share and target expansion opportunities region by region.

Smart WFM brings the field teams onto a single workforce management platform — scheduling, task assignment, and tracking for the crews who build and maintain the network — keeping rollout and maintenance on time.

• GIS network mapping — interactive visualization and cable route tracing of OLT, FDT, FAT, and homepass, with coverage and density mapping to assess market share and target M&A expansion
• Homepass & inventory — dashboards for total homepass, homes connected, availability, and utilization, plus network asset and equipment tracking from stock to deployment
• Smart WFM — workforce management for field crews — scheduling, task assignment, and tracking
• Trouble ticket management — log, route, and resolve network and service issues with end-to-end ticket tracking
